Renovess Awarded Contract to Deliver 30,000 Affordable Houses

Following 13 months of negotiations, on the 20th of June 2019 the Management of Renovess Ltd, executed a contract for USD1.3 Billion, with a West African Government to build 30,000 affordable housing units.

The Units shall in the main consist of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in 4 storied apartment blocks. The contract also calls for the delivery of roads infrastructure, malls and schools to complement the community.

Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2020.
