Our business is built around fairness, openness and honesty. We have a zero tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption that chimes with our focus on integrity.

We are globally compliant with British Standard 10500 for anti-bribery management and gain certification for those parts of the business where it is necessary.

We provide clear guidance on what we expect of every staff member through a core set of communications. These help our employees understand our approach to ethics and how we comply with laws, regulations and company procedures that apply to our activities.

Every new member of staff receives a copy of our ‘Business ethics – getting it right’ booklet and ethics forms a mandatory component of the induction process and ongoing professional development training.

We use experienced country managers to help identify and mitigate potential bribery and corruption risk and carefully select who to work with.

An externally-administered confidential helpline and reporting system ensures that our staff and those we work with can report any suspicious behaviour or breach in business ethics without fear of prejudice.

Members of our executive board continue to show strong industry leadership on ethics, participating in the UK Anti-Corruption Forum, Transparency International and the Institute of Business Ethics.
